Call for Abstracts and Full Papers – ATAConf’25

Aviation Technologies and Applications Conference
November 21–22, 2025 | Ege University, Izmir, Türkiye

We are pleased to invite researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students to submit their contributions to the Aviation Technologies and Applications Conference (ATAConf’25) on November 21–22, 2025, at the Ege University Atatürk Cultural Centre (Izmir-Türkiye), in cooperation with National Defence University Air NCO Higher Vocational School and Aviation  Vocational School of Ege University.

Full Paper Option and Publication Opportunities

Authors who wish to expand their abstract into a full paper may benefit from one of the following opportunities:

1. Journal Publication

• Selected papers presented at the conference will be invited for publication in the Ege University Journal of Transportation Management Research (JOTMAR).

• The journal is an international peer-reviewed publication.

• Priority review will be provided for selected submissions to facilitate a fast-track evaluation process.

• Applications will be submitted via DergiPark https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/jotmar .

• Authors who wish to submit their papers must convert them into full paper academic articles, prepare them in accordance with the journal’s submission guidelines, and be aware that all submissions will undergo a peer-review process.

2. Book Chapter Publication

• Selected papers may also be invited for publication as a book chapter by an international publisher.

• Authors who wish to take advantage of this opportunity must prepare their papers in full paper format, format them according to the publisher's style guidelines, and be aware that they will be subjected to a peer-review process.

The full-text format of the book chapter will be announced.

Presentation Language and Format

· The official languages of the conference are Turkish and English.

· Presentations may be delivered in either Turkish or English.

· Oral presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint format.

· A presentation template will be provided in advance of the conference.

Oral Presentation Rules

• The time allocated for each oral presentation is 15 minutes:

o   12 minutes for presentation

o   3 minutes for question and answer

• It is important that presentations are prepared to fit within this time frame to ensure that the time limit is not exceeded.
