Submission Requirements
· Only abstract submissions in English will be accepted.
· Each participant is required to submit a one-page abstract comprising 200 to 600 words.
· Abstracts should clearly include the aim, objectives, problem statement, hypothesis, and proposed solutions of the study.
· The designated abstract template must be used for submission.
· Accepted abstracts will be presented at the conference. Presentations can be delivered in Turkish or English.
· All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Booklet. (Abstracts not presented at the conference will be excluded from the booklet.)
Authors may choose to publish only the abstract if they do not wish to submit a full paper.
Submission & Review Process
· All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online abstract submission system.
· Abstracts submitted via email will not be considered under any circumstances.
· All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by members of the conference's Scientific Committee.
· The outcome of the review process—acceptance, request for revision, or rejection—will be formally communicated to the author(s). Revisions may be requested if deemed necessary.
· During the submission process, authors may indicate their preference for submitting either an abstract or a full paper.
· Authors may also select their preferred mode of presentation: online or in person.
For accepted full papers, decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection will be announced by the dates specified in the conference timeline.
